How to return goods purchased in the NAVIN.PL store?

If for some reason you would like to return goods purchased in our store, here you will find all the necessary instructions on how to do it.

Remember that you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the goods. Returns made after this deadline will not be accepted.

The return procedure in our store is very simple and consists of the following steps:

 

STEP 1 - FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM OR WRITE A STATEMENT IN ANY FORM

If you want to return the purchased goods, you can do it in several ways:

  1. you can download and complete the return form available at this link: Declaration . Then, you should print the completed form.
  2. You can write a declaration in any form and send it electronically.
  3. You can complete it electronically:   form

 

STEP 2 - PREPARE THE PACKAGE WITH THE RETURNED GOODS

Place the printed form and the returned goods in the package in which you intend to send it back.

If possible, use the packaging in which you received the goods to return - this will save you money and help reduce waste.

The package with the goods should be prepared in such a way that the returned goods reach us safely. Remember that, in accordance with Art. 34 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, you are responsible for any damage to the goods you cause, the value of which we can deduct from the money returned to you.

 

STEP 3 – SEND THE PACKAGE WITH THE RETURNED GOODS

Send the finished package by courier to the following address:

STEP 4 – WAIT FOR YOUR MONEY REFUND

We will refund the money for the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery of the parcel.

We will refund you the money in the same way that was used to pay for the goods.
