How to return goods purchased in the NAVIN.PL store?
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Goods. In this case, shipping costs (transport from the Seller to the Customer) will be borne by the Buyer.
The Buyer exercises the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement to the Seller via email or text message. To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, it is sufficient to send the Declaration before the expiry of the 14 (fourteen) day period.
In the event of exercising the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement, the Buyer must return the Goods to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement. To meet the deadline referred to in the preceding sentence, it is sufficient to return the Goods before its expiry.
The Goods should be returned to the following address: NAVIN PL SP. z O.O., Vadym Shaforostov, ul. Kornela Makuszyńskiego 15, 31-752 Kraków.
The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods.
Refunds of payments made by the Buyer will be made upon receipt of the returned Goods by the Seller, only after inspecting the Goods for damage or signs of wall mounting. The Buyer will be refunded no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned Goods by the Seller, minus shipping costs (transport from the Seller to the customer). The original packaging and all fasteners on the radiator must be kept intact.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer in the original transaction, unless the Buyer expressly agrees otherwise. The Buyer is not responsible for the costs of returning the payment.
The Buyer is responsible for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods. This means that Goods that were mounted on a wall by the customer and then returned without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery will not be considered new, and the refund amount will be reduced or no refund will be issued, depending on signs of use. The Seller makes the final decision.
Return Procedure:
1. Report the return of the Goods to the Seller. This can be done in several ways:
Download and complete the returns form available on the website at the link: Declaration. Then, print and sign the completed form.
Write a declaration in any format (indicating your name, invoice or order number) and send it by e-mail or text message.
Complete the form on the website.
2. Before shipping, it is essential to check that the goods' packaging is original and undamaged.
IMPORTANT: The goods must be appropriately packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transport.
3. The product should not show any signs of use, and all fasteners on the radiator should be intact.
4. We recommend shipping the goods via DPD (shipping address: NAVIN PL SP. z O.O., Vadym Shaforostov, ul. Kornela Makuszyńskiego 15, 31-752 Kraków).
5. It is mandatory to provide the shipping document number via email or text message if the goods are being returned by a carrier other than DPD. This will significantly improve and expedite the refund process.
6. Expect a refund for the goods.
