How to return goods purchased in the NAVIN.PL store?

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the Goods. In this case, shipping costs (transport from the Seller to the Customer) will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

The Buyer exercises the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement to the Seller via email or text message. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before the expiry of the 14 (fourteen) day period.

In the event of exercising the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement, the Buyer must return the Goods to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawing from the Sales Agreement. To meet the deadline referred to in the preceding sentence, it is sufficient to return the Goods before its expiry.

The Goods should be returned to the following address: NAVIN PL SP.zOO, Vadym Shaforostov, ul. Kornela Makuszyskiego 15, 31-752 Kraków.

The Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the Goods.

Payments made by the Buyer will be refunded upon receipt of the returned Goods by the Seller, only after inspecting the Goods for any damage or signs of wall mounting. The Buyer will be refunded no later than 14 days from the date the Seller receives the returned Goods, minus shipping costs (transport from the Seller to the customer). The original packaging and all fasteners on the radiator must be kept intact.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer in the original transaction, unless the Buyer expressly agrees otherwise. The Buyer will not be responsible for any refund costs.

The Buyer is responsible for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from use other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods. This means that Goods that were mounted on a wall by the Customer and then returned without providing a reason within 14 days of delivery will not be considered new, and the refund amount will be reduced or no refund will be issued, depending on the signs of use. The final decision rests with the Seller.

 

Returns procedure:

1. Report a return of the Goods on the website. This can be done in several ways:

2. Before shipping, it is necessary to check that the packaging of the goods is original and not damaged.

IMPORTANT: The goods must be appropriately packaged to minimize the possibility of damage to the goods during transport.

3. The product should not show any signs of use, and all fasteners on the radiator should be kept intact.

4. We welcome shipment of goods via DPD carrier (shipping address: NAVIN PL SP.zOO, Vadym Shaforostov, ul. Kornela Makuszyskiego 15, 31-752 Kraków.)

5. It is mandatory to provide the consignment number via email or text message if the goods are being returned by a carrier other than DPD Courier. This will significantly improve and expedite the refund process.

6. Expect a refund for the Goods.
