After placing the order, the Buyer receives a message to the e-mail address provided during registration that his order has been accepted by the automatic order management system and that he will soon be contacted by a representative of the online store to place the order, check the availability of the ordered goods and explain the terms of payment and delivery.

The order is not considered completed (only in the case of cash payment) if the Buyer has not completed the stage of confirming the order by phone to the representative of the online store (the Buyer does not answer the phone, he is outside the network coverage).

Delivery and payment

The terms of payment and delivery of goods to the Buyer are governed by the "delivery and payment" chapter.

The Buyer understands the possibility of a situation in which delivery will take longer than 3 business days or delivery will be temporarily impossible. At the same time, the online store does not undertake to compensate the Buyer for any losses related to untimely execution of the order. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the delivery conditions, he has the right to refuse to complete the order.
