Warranty obligations

Navin PL LLC has established the following warranty period for products:

24 months for electrical parts,

120 months for painted frames,

240 months for stainless steel frames.

Warranty obligations should be understood as the manufacturer's ensuring the normal functioning of the product during the warranty period counted from the date of sale, provided that the rules of assembly and operation and transport conditions are observed. Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer, whose registered office is located at: ul. Józefa Ignacego Kraszewskiego 36/128, 30-110 Kraków

You can exchange or return the goods within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

If the goods purchased in our store have arrived to you damaged, defective or otherwise inconsistent with the description, you can file a complaint about them within 2 years.

In the event of a malfunction of the towel dryer, the product will only be replaced, repaired or returned after the manufacturer has checked the situation (description of the defect, photos, video) to ensure that the operating conditions of the towel dryer have not been violated.

The repair date is specified by the manufacturer.

 

In what cases is the warranty not provided? The manufacturer may refuse warranty repair if:

  • there is mechanical or other damage that has occurred as a result of the intentional or negligent act of the buyer or third parties;
  • the rules of use specified in the technical passport are violated;
  • unauthorized disclosure, repair, or alteration of the internal structure and parts of the product, design, or product schematics has been made.

 

The warranty obligations do not apply to the following defects:

  • if there are signs of electrochemical corrosion;
  • accidental damage caused by the customer or damage caused by careless handling or use (exposure to liquid, dust, foreign objects entering the body, etc.);
  • damage as a result of natural disasters (natural phenomena);
  • Damage caused by a sudden increase or decrease in voltage in the power grid or incorrect connection to the power grid;
  • damage caused by defects in the system in which this product was used, including the lack of water circulation in the towel dryer, which occurred due to a violation of the technological process of assembly and installation of the product, as well as the specifics of the product dilution of hot water and heating systems;
  • damage has occurred as a result of connecting or combining the product with other products;
  • damage caused by the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose or in violation of the operating rules.
