Delivery and payment
Payment for goods on the WWW.NAVIN.PL website is exclusively non-cash.
Non-cash payment methods on the WWW.NAVIN.PL website are as follows:
- PayU (BLIK, GooglePay, Transfer, Installments)
- Cash on delivery (cash or cashless payment only works when paying upon picking up the goods from the carrier's courier)
- Bank transfer

Delivery
Orders placed before 1:00 PM from Monday till Friday will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM from Monday till Thursday will be shipped the next day from the order's day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
Goods are shipped to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Poland/European Union/selected countries. For delivery to countries outside the European Union, the Buyer is responsible for customs duties. Detailed information on the applicable duties can be found on the Integrated Tariff of the European Communities (TARIC) website, which contains the current rates (https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/dds2/taric/taric_consultation.jsp?Lang=pl&redirectionDate=20110310).
Delivery of Goods purchased in the online store over EUR 118 is free.
The shipping cost is EUR 4,5 for purchases up to EUR 118.
The shipping cost is EUR 5 when choosing the payment method upon delivery.
The following delivery/picking up methods are available to our customers:
- Shipping via DPD courier
- Personal picking up - our warehouse is located at ul. Kornela Makuzsyńskiego 15, 31-752 Kraków. (For personal picking up, we do not accept cash, BLIK, or card payments. Payment for the Goods can only be made by bank transfer to the NAVIN company account.)
The Seller is obligated to deliver the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Sales Agreement.
IMPORTANT! Each shipment must be inspected by the Buyer in the presence of the courier upon receipt. In the event of damage to the goods, a damage report must be completed with the courier on the day of receipt, as this will facilitate and expedite the complaint process. The next step will be to send a scan of the damage report and photos confirming the external damage (box, packaging) and/or internal damage (product itself) to sales@navin.pl.
If, for any reason, it is not possible to inspect the goods in the presence of the courier, the goods should be inspected later if possible and a damage report completed (ideally within 24 hours of delivery) if the Buyer notices a defect in the purchased goods. The links are below:

If this is not done, damage to the Goods returned by the Buyer will be charged.
The Seller will respond to the Buyer's message (complaint) as quickly as possible, but no later than 7 days from the date of receipt. If the Seller has the same product in stock, the Seller will offer the Buyer a replacement (shipping the product at the Seller's expense) and will also arrange for a DPD courier to pick up the defective product at a time convenient for the Buyer (ordering a DPD courier at the Seller's expense).
