Delivery and payment

Attention! The speed of delivery of goods depends on the situation in the region and is approximately 2-3 days. Unfortunately, for now we only have to work on prepayment. Thank you for your understanding!

Payment

To place an order, please contact our sales department at 576-192-914 .

Cash settlement. Only possible if collected in person. Payment is made only in national currency.

Payment in cash on delivery. Payment for the selected product upon delivery at the representative offices of the transport company "DPD kurier" in your city.

Cashless payment at "NAVIN PL". Payment is made as follows: after placing your order, the company manager will send you an invoice by e-mail.

Online payment via the PayU payment service

In the case of legal entities, a package of all necessary documents is delivered with the product.

Delivery

Usually, if you place your order before 2:00 p.m., we will ship it the same day.

In any case, when you place your order, our managers will immediately agree on the delivery time with you.

Delivery to all regions of Poland. Free delivery is only available with prepayment or company current account.

Return and exchange of goods.

Pursuant to the "Consumer Rights Protection Act", you can return the goods and receive a refund or exchange the product for another one within 14 days of purchase, even if you simply do not like it.

To return goods, please contact our advisors for information on how to return the goods and money.

Return procedure:

  • Make sure that the packaging of the goods is safe and not damaged.
  • There should be no traces of use on the goods and all labels and receipts should be preserved.
  • Inform our advisor about your intention to return
  • How to complete the return of goods form: complete the form .
  • Shipping goods via DPD courier (clarify the branch number and recipient's name with the manager)
  • Inform our advisor about the declaration number that you will receive at the DPD courier branch. Once we have your phone number, we can collect your parcel.

* When sending shipments to us, do not impose a late fee under any circumstances. This is because our courier cannot inspect the goods and pay for them at the Nowa Poczta warehouse. Once we receive your shipment, we will contact you to discuss any issues related to an exchange or refund.
