Delivery
Typically, if an order is placed before 2:00 PM, we ship it the same day. Goods are shipped to addresses within Poland/the European Union/selected countries. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for customs duties. For detailed information on the amount of duties payable, the buyer can find it on the website of the Integrated Tariff of the European Communities (TARIC), which contains current rates of duties payable (https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/dds2/taric/taric_consultation.jsp?Lang=pl&redirectionDate=20110310)
Delivery of goods purchased in the online store from 500 PLN is free.
The delivery cost is 20 PLN for purchases up to 500 PLN.
The delivery cost is 25 PLN when choosing the cash on delivery payment method.
The following delivery/collection methods are available for our customers:
- Shipping by DPD courier
- Personal collection - the NAVIN PL company warehouse is located at ul. Kornela Makuzsyńskiego 15, 31-752 Kraków.
The Goods are shipped within 2 business days from the date the Buyer receives the message about the transfer of the Order for execution - in the event that the Buyer chooses the option to pay for the Goods upon delivery.
The Seller is obliged to deliver the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Sales Agreement concerning them.
IMPORTANT! Each shipment must be checked by the Buyer in the presence of the courier at the time of receipt of the goods. In the event of damage to the goods, it is mandatory to draw up a protocol with the courier on the day of receipt of the goods, as it will facilitate and speed up the complaint process. The next step will be to send a scan of the damage protocol and photos confirming external damage (cardboard, packaging) or / and internal (product itself) to the email: sales@navin.pl
If for some reason it is not possible to check the goods in the presence of the courier, the goods must be checked later, if possible, and a damage protocol must be drawn up (preferably within the first 24 hours from the moment of delivery of the goods) if the Buyer finds a defect in the purchased goods. If this is not done, it will be charged for damage to the Goods sent by the Buyer.
The Seller will try to respond to the Buyer's message (complaint) as quickly as possible, but no later than 7 days from the date of its receipt. In a situation where the Seller has the same goods in stock, the Seller will propose to the Buyer to exchange the goods for new ones (shipping the Goods at the Seller's expense) and will also order a DPD courier to collect the defective goods at a time convenient for the Buyer (ordering a DPD courier at the Seller's expense).
